Free 48-hour audit of the CRM you are on now.

Read access for a day. Inside 48 hours you get a document: every finding, what it costs you, how long the fix takes — and whether your data can move to Clarify at all. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

Read access for a day. Nothing exported, nothing written, and you can revoke it the moment the document lands.

What you walk away with.

A read of the whole thing

Data model, stages, fields, reports, automations and the record history behind them — read end to end against how you actually sell, not against a checklist.

Findings, ranked, costed

Every finding gets a severity, what it costs you, and an hours estimate for the fix. Back inside two business days as one document.

Yours to keep

Act on it with us, with someone else, or on your own. If the workspace is already clean we say so, and if you can fix it yourself we tell you how.

Can this even move to Clarify?

For most teams that is the real question, and it is answerable in 48 hours rather than three weeks into a migration. Clarify has hard limits that no vendor page mentions:

Meetings cannot be migrated

Every meeting field in Clarify's API is read-only — Clarify rebuilds meetings from your connected calendar. A migration plan that promises them cannot run.

Deals match on name

Clarify allows one unique field per object and the built-ins already spend it. An external ID can exist but can never be the deduplication key.

A custom field cannot be deleted

Clarify publishes a delete for a custom object and for a relationship, and none for a plain property. So the schema half of a run cannot be fully undone.

Some of your history is not history

Fields your team fills by habit but nothing reads, stages nobody has used since spring — moving them costs real hours and buys nothing. The audit names them.

The audit tells you which of these bite your data, before anyone quotes you a week of work.

One we ran.

14 people, on Pipedrive, 8,412 records, reviewed over six hours. The full document is on the homepage — read it end to end, it is the same format yours comes back in.

Sample — not a real client

Fill rates looked fine. But 22% of open pipeline had no owner, two “stage” fields had both been in use since March, and the forecast was a spreadsheet rebuilt by hand every Monday.

What a scan will not tell you.

What a scan counts

  • Duplicates.
  • Empty fields.
  • Deals nobody has touched in ninety days.

Useful, you should know it, and it takes four minutes. You do not need us for it.

What it walks straight past

  • Your stages describe a sales process you stopped running last year.
  • The report your board asks for cannot be built, because the number it needs was never a field.
  • Three hundred call recordings sit in the workspace and not one of them reached a deal.
  • Half of what you are about to pay to migrate is data the platform will not accept.

No analyzer flags any of this, because nothing here is broken. The setup is wrong, and seeing that takes someone reading the workspace against how you actually sell.

Why it is free.

An audit like this is around $1,000 of work. We give it away because it shows our thinking better than a deck would — you get the document first, no strings.

If the findings are real and you want help, we talk about a sprint. If they are not, you have lost a day of read access and gained a written review of your CRM.

Five audit slots a week.

Twenty minutes today, read access tomorrow, the written document inside two business days.

Request the audit

The audit request runs through craftt.io, our Attio studio — same company, same people, same calendar. Crafttify's own form replaces it once the domain is live. The audit itself is on your CRM, whichever one you are on.
