These terms cover any engagement with Crafttify (Venturise OÜ): the free audit, the seven-day sprint, the operating layer, and any custom-scoped work.
Crafttify is a brand of Venturise OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in Estonia and operating from Tallinn, Estonia. References to "we", "us", or "Crafttify" in these terms mean Venturise OÜ.
We provide Clarify implementation services: free written audits, CRM design, data migration, agent scoping and setup, and an optional operating layer. The specific scope of any engagement is defined when you book a tier or agree a custom scope by email.
We are not a certified or official Clarify partner, because Clarify runs no such program. We have a referral agreement with Clarify, executed 3 September 2026. That is a working relationship, not an endorsement, and it grants us no authority over the Clarify product.
Clarify itself is your vendor for the software. Your Clarify subscription, its terms and its availability are between you and Clarify.
Tier pricing is published on crafttify.com and is flat: the free 48-hour audit ($0), the AI-native sprint ($1,200, or $6,500 for teams on Clarify Growth), and the optional operating layer ($500/month). Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable VAT.
Migration is included at no cost on every sprint. It is not sold separately and carries no separate fee.
Sprint work is invoiced up front. The operating layer is billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom-scoped work is quoted flat in writing and invoiced as agreed in the quote.
The free audit returns a written review within 2 business days of receiving read access, and is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
The sprint is a 7 business-day engagement that begins on a mutually agreed start date and assumes timely responses, access, and content from you; the 7-business-day window is extended for any period we are waiting on you. If the agreed deliverables are not live by the end of that window, no fee is due for the sprint.
Scope is defined at booking. Material changes to scope (additional objects, additional agents, additional integrations beyond the tier) are quoted separately. We do not bill hourly or add scope-creep charges retroactively.
Some things cannot be moved into Clarify, because Clarify's own API does not permit it. Meetings are the clearest example: their fields are read-only and Clarify rebuilds them from your connected calendar.
The free audit identifies these limits for your data before any engagement begins. Where a limit exists, it is a property of the platform and not a failure of the engagement.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the systems and data we need to deliver the agreed work: typically your Clarify workspace, the source CRM if migrating, and the integrations referenced in scope.
You agree to make a single decision-maker available for scoping conversations and for the sprint.
You confirm that you have the right to share with us any data, content, or third-party credentials you provide for the engagement.
Anything we build inside your Clarify workspace — data model, views, workflows, automations, agent prompts, documentation and training materials produced for your engagement — belongs to you on delivery and payment.
Generic patterns, templates, prompt structures, agent frameworks and methodology we use across customers remain ours, as does our migration tooling. You receive a perpetual licence to use them inside the workspace we built; we retain the right to use the same patterns in future engagements.
The Crafttify brand, content, code, and design remain ours.
We treat your business information, data, and access credentials as confidential. We do not disclose them to third parties except subprocessors necessary to deliver the work (see the Privacy Policy for the current list) and except as required by law.
If you wish to be named as a customer or case study, we will ask in writing. We do not publish customer names, logos, or quotes without explicit permission.
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to Clarify or any other third-party tool, the accuracy of AI-generated outputs, or specific business outcomes.
Clarify agents produce outputs generated by large language models. We scope permissions, write guardrails, and recommend dry-run periods, but we do not guarantee any specific output for any specific input. Our default is that agents write to records freely and never to people without a human approving. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-produced records before relying on them.
Services and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" beyond the express commitments in these terms.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data or business, regardless of theory.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as for fraud, willful misconduct, or matters of mandatory consumer protection.
You can cancel a fixed-tier engagement before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, fees are non-refundable except as separately agreed in writing.
You can cancel the operating layer at any time with 30 days' notice. We can terminate it with 30 days' notice or immediately for non-payment.
Either party can terminate any engagement immediately for material breach by the other that is not cured within 14 days of written notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be resolved by the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated to you in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.
